Is this just an EAP, or does it include more support?
No — it’s much more than a standard EAP. While we do include a full Employee Assistance Programme, we also provide direct cashback for therapies, private GP access, qualified external counsellors, teacher discounts, and more. It’s a full-service wellbeing offer for schools.
How do staff access the wellbeing support?
It’s simple — staff scan a QR code or log in using their school email and password. Each member gets private, confidential access to support, without needing SLT approval. SBMs and HR can view usage stats at an organisational level.
Do cleaners, governors, and admin staff get access too?
Yes — all school-affiliated staff are included, not just teachers. That means your caretakers, admin teams, governors, and even close family members can access the full support programme.
Can staff use their own therapist and still get cashback?
